Jason Ferg (Ferguson) is a music artist, songwriter, and producer whose work reflects a commitment to living fully, honoring family, building community, and overcoming life’s challenges through faith. As an independent artist, he values the freedom to create and release music that is both personal and authentic to his perspective.

Jason has performed at a growing range of venues, community festivals, and special events across the country, while also collaborating with and consulting for fellow artists.

 

A Chicago native, Jason was raised in a deeply musical environment—shaped by family, church, and the city’s rich cultural legacy. It was there that he founded a music ministry, built a home recording studio, and began developing his distinct sound. His passion for supporting others led to the creation of Jason Ferg Music, LLC, through which he produces original music, performs live, consults with emerging artists, and facilitates music-centered personal development workshops for diverse audiences.

 

In addition to his music career, Jason is an Emergency Manager with a master’s degree in public health and over 20 years of professional experience. His work has included strengthening campus communities, supporting veterans transitioning to civilian life through disaster response training, and helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate a wide range of disasters.
